Patrick Hudson began practicing law in Austin in 2000, and is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  Patrick negotiates real estate and business transactions for clients that range from publicly-traded Fortune 500 companies to local "mom and pop" businesses.  Patrick's practice includes Real Estate Purchase and Sales, Real Estate Leasing, Real Estate Lending and Finance, Real Estate Development, Entity Choice and Formation, Easements, License Agreements and Related Use Transactions, and Probate and Estate Planning.  Patrick regularly represents developers, landlords, tenants, and buyers and sellers of real estate.  Patrick began practicing law because of a genuine interest in helping people, and he enjoys his work because it provides the opportunity to learn every day.  He spends his time away from work with his family, usually traveling, fishing, or working in the yard.  Patrick is active in the legal and real estate communities, participating in local and state bar organizations, and the Real Estate Council of Austin.  He also is an officer and director of Helping the Aging, Needy, and Disabled, Inc., a nonprofit funded by local governments and grants (such as Susan G. Komen Foundation) to assist Austin's most vulnerable residents.
