Michael J. Cihock began practicing law in Austin in 2001, and presently practices Real Estate Purchase and Sales, Real Estate Leasing, Real Estate Development, Real Estate Lending and Finance, Construction Law, Entity Choice and Formation and other business transactions for clients including residential and commercial real estate developers, single-family homebuilders, various contractors, non-profit corporations and small business owners. Michael is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Young Lawyers Association, Austin Young Lawyers Association, Austin Bar Association - Real Estate/Probate Section, and the Real Estate Council Austin. He is admitted to the U.S District Court, Western District of Texas and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas. In law school, Michael was a member of the Texas Journal of Business Law. He spends his time away from work with his wife and young son.
